Andre Fonseca
CEO
With 20 years of experience in the energy sector, he possesses extensive expertise in structuring and developing projects, having directly participated in operations totaling over 40 GW in renewable energy projects. Throughout his career, he has worked for companies such as Andrade Gutierrez, SulAmérica ING, BF Capital, and was a Managing Partner at Thymos Energia. He holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC-Rio, a Master of Science (MSc) in Business and Management from FGV, and is certified in Corporate Governance by IBGC.
Henry Barbosa
Director of Engineering and Procurement
12 years of experience in the development and implementation of telecom, construction and renewable energy projects. He worked for companies such as Telefônica Vivo and Itaipu Binacional. Conducted due diligence on more than 2GW of solar, wind and PCH projects. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Projects and Construction Management from UTFPR.
Vanessa Senff Costa
Director of Project Development
With 20 years of experience in the area of renewable energy, she has a degree in Electrical Engineering from UTFPR, and a postgraduate degree in Management Development from FAE Business School. He stood out in international courses, with Specializations in Wind Energy from ISET and in Green Hydrogen from RENAC. Since 2009, he has worked in project development, having worked for renowned companies such as DESA, L8 Energy and CGN.
Mario Cravo
Director of Implementation and O&M
He has 14 years of experience in project management for the implementation of renewable energy generation plants and energy transmission systems, having participated in the implementation, as project manager or project coordinator, of more than 4GW of energy generation projects and more than 2GW of energy substation and transmission line implementation projects.
Ricardo Maitino
Commercial Director
With nearly 10 years of experience in the energy sector, he possesses solid expertise in consultative sales and strategic relationship building, having developed businesses focused on self-generation, acquisition of generation assets, and customized solutions for large consumers. A graduate in Business Administration from ESPM, he began his career in the capital markets and consolidated his work in the free energy market, with stints at companies such as RB Capital and Thymos Energia.
Maria Julia Schubert Alves
Commercial Associate
Extensive international experience. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a focus on marketing strategies and trends and a Master’s degree in Brand Administration from Istituto Marangoni in London (UK), having worked with important British professionals and publications, digital marketing and strategic administration.
José Eduardo Zampieri
CFO
Extensive experience in energy, particularly in the electrical sector. Specialist in feasibility analysis, valuation, project finance and structuring of energy businesses, having worked on transactions totaling more than R$2 billion. He has worked for national and multinational companies, as well as a history of relationships with international investors.
