Sergio Brandão
CEO
30 years in energy and infrastructure in Brazil and abroad in companies such as Actis, Rio Bravo, Skanska and Royal-Dutch Shell. Responsible for creating the largest operational renewable generation portfolio in Brazil, consisting of Atlantic, Echoenergia and Atlas, with more than 2GW of installed capacity. He has a BSc and MSc in mechanical engineering (Brazil and UK) and an MBA from IMD (Switzerland).
Darci Junior
Juridical
17 years of experience in the energy sector, having implemented more than 20 energy generation projects. He has extensive experience in M&A and Corporate Law practice. Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University-PR, with a postgraduate degree in Civil and Business Law. He holds an LLM in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
Henry Barbosa
Engineering and Procurement
12 years of experience in the development and implementation of telecom, construction and renewable energy projects. He worked for companies such as Telefônica Vivo and Itaipu Binacional. Conducted due diligence on more than 2GW of solar, wind and PCH projects. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Projects and Construction Management from UTFPR.
Vanessa Senff Costa
Development
With 20 years of experience in the area of renewable energy, she has a degree in Electrical Engineering from UTFPR, and a postgraduate degree in Management Development from FAE Business School. He stood out in international courses, with Specializations in Wind Energy from ISET and in Green Hydrogen from RENAC. Since 2009, he has worked in project development, having worked for renowned companies such as DESA, L8 Energy and CGN.
Mario Cravo
Project and Engineering Manager
He has 14 years of experience in project management for the implementation of renewable energy generation plants and energy transmission systems, having participated in the implementation, as project manager or project coordinator, of more than 4GW of energy generation projects and more than 2GW of energy substation and transmission line implementation projects.
Guilherme Zimmer
Commercial
20 years in the national electricity sector, focused on business development, commercialization and PPAs. It has extensive relationships with market agents such as MME, ANEEL, EPE and CCEE. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from FURB and an MBA in Finance, Auditing and Controlling from FGV.

Extensive international experience. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a focus on marketing strategies and trends and a Master’s degree in Brand Administration from Istituto Marangoni in London (UK), having worked with important British professionals and publications, digital marketing and strategic administration.
José Eduardo Zampieri
Finance
Extensive experience in energy, particularly in the electrical sector. Specialist in feasibility analysis, valuation, project finance and structuring of energy businesses, having worked on transactions totaling more than R$2 billion. He has worked for national and multinational companies, as well as a history of relationships with international investors.

Administrative and HR
15 years of experience in the areas of Administration, Finance and Human Resources. He has extensive knowledge in managing administrative processes, financial planning, strategic team development and implementing operational improvements.
